We Build What Others Won't
Most manufacturers stopped supporting their legacy MCC lines decades ago. Original parts are impossible to find, and even "compatible" replacements often don't fit right. We're different. We build exact replacements from scratch, engineered to drop into your existing lineup without modification.
Whether your MCC is from the 1970s or just discontinued last year, if you can send us photos and measurements, we can build a replacement bucket that fits perfectly and functions identically (or better).
Brands We Commonly Replace
Westinghouse (All Models)
Type DS, FDP, Advantage, POW-R-WAY III, and earlier models. We have extensive records of Westinghouse stab patterns and door hardware. One of our most common obsolete replacement requests.
Common years: 1960s-1990s
Square D Model 4 & Earlier
Model 3, Model 3A, Model 3R, Model 4, and early Model 5 buckets. These vintage Square D MCCs are still running in thousands of plants, and we maintain tooling to match their unique dimensions.
Common years: 1950s-1980s
GE / General Electric Legacy Models
GE 8000 line, early Spectra series, and pre-ABB models. Before GE sold their industrial control business, they produced several MCC models that are now completely unsupported.
Common years: 1970s-2000s
Allen-Bradley (Pre-2000 Models)
Centerline 2100, Bulletin 2100, and other legacy AB motor control centers. We reverse-engineer the stab configuration and build functionally equivalent replacements.
Common years: 1980s-1990s
Siemens / ITE Legacy
ITE Imperial, early Tiastar models, and other pre-Siemens branded MCCs. These units are common in older industrial facilities and often have unique stab arrangements.
Common years: 1960s-1990s
Cutler-Hammer / Eaton Legacy
Pre-Freedom series, older Advantage models, and vintage Cutler-Hammer buckets. Many of these are still in active service but impossible to source replacements for.
Common years: 1970s-1990s
Other Manufacturers
Furnas, Federal Pacific, Murray, Frank Adam, Bulldog, McGraw Edison, and dozens of other legacy brands. If you have dimensions and photos, we can build it.
How We Build Obsolete Replacements
Identification & Measurement
Send us clear photos of your bucket from all angles: door, handle, stabs, interior. Measure the height, width, depth, and stab spacing. We cross-reference our database of legacy MCC specs to identify the exact model.
Reverse Engineering
If we don't have specs on file, we create custom drawings based on your measurements. Stab configuration, door cutouts, mounting provisions, everything gets documented. If possible, ship us your old bucket for precise measurement.
Component Selection
We select modern components that match or exceed the original specifications. Breakers, starters, control devices, all current-production parts that are supportable for years to come. You get the same function with better reliability.
Custom Fabrication
We fabricate the enclosure, drill mounting holes, install stabs, and wire everything to match your application. If your door has unique cutouts or the handle is a special style, we replicate it.
Test & Ship
Full functional and insulation testing before it leaves our shop. If you sent us your old bucket, we do a test-fit before shipping. You get as-built drawings, test reports, and installation instructions.
